Dear Morgantown Owners,

Just a note to say thank you to all who personally attended the annual meeting,  and for those of you who were unable to, for submitting your proxies. It was a very good, smooth and informative meeting with questions and owners participation, which is always welcomed by the board. I encourage you to read the minutes posted on our website to keep you informed.  Your board: Mike Zobrist, Jon Terry, Dan Doerflein, Katherine Frangos, Derek Freed and myself, continue to work diligently, encompassing a lot of hours, to keep our neighborhood in highest of standards and increase all our property values.
